Our Story

Her
Him
Her
We met at church, for the very first time in June 2019.
My friends Pshegs and Oladapo Cole dragged me to his church for evening service in the rain. By the time we got there, I was drenched and while sitting down staring at the Preacher; looking uninterested in what he was saying, something said to me “this pastor is not bad o”. LOL. After Service he didn’t even look at my side and I was kinda pissed like “What’s with the Shakara”.
Fast forward to when he followed Pshegs to my hostel, we got to talk and I told him I was always scared to talk to him and why doesn’t he like talking to me? Ever since then he loosened up and we started flowing well. Some months later, I started getting some long bent epistles in my DM. At first, I was lost because I really didn’t get what he was up to, then later he started getting me gifts, we started praying together, to mention but a few. I won’t lie, I did my Shakara and gave him a little hard time o, because as a spec that I am you, you can’t curve me once and expect me to feel you when coming again. To cut the long story shorter, I have had no regret in letting Oludayo Bamidele Olusoga into my life. He has been a friend, a father, and a cheerleader and I pray to Almighty God to make this Union a fruitful and peaceful one.Welcome to Fire and Ice.
Welcome to our wedding website,
See you at my wedding.

Love they say is a beautiful thing, and I bet you it’s so correct.
The love story of Toluwanimi and I date back to 2019. I had left school but I returned to begin Heirs Church, this was during my NYSC days. Toleen (as she’s fondly called by everyone except me) was invited to church by one of her childhood friends, Olajide Oladapo. This was my first time of sharing close proximity with her, and of course vise versa… but before you start thinking our case was that of love at first sight, nah, It wasn’t the service she attended that brought us close. We didn’t even get to speak for long after that service except that in my mind I was wondering who in the world brings puff puff and potatoes to church. Hahaha! I caught you thinking out loud “potatoes will potate”. Let’s get back to the gist, sorry for the distraction, **winks**
So, fast forward to when the magic happened; I already see that you want to know and me too I will tell you. We attended a conference together that same year, I think that was in August, with other folks from church and bam! that was where the light bulb came on. Unknown to me, she had always wanted to talk to me but she kinda feels a little uneasy around me. According to her she feels scared. Shhhhhh, make sure you don’t tell her I said this!
In my opinion, the day she told me she had always wanted to talk to me but feels uneasy, I believe that was the day I began to get my miracle, cos that to me was a message that I could press in to her and make her see my friendly side, to ease her feelings, which I did; you know na, as per the flexible guy that I am. Lol.
I’ll visit, we will gist, stay outside her horse till the dead of the night then I’ll go to my house. I can hear you saying “things we do for love” Right?! That’s the spirit bro. You got to do what you got to do man.
Ok so, long story short, she has turned Mrs O.
She’s one of the sweetest humans on earth. Actually, we have some of our episodes, like cat and dog at times, but boy we are good!
The one key thing I was looking for in the woman I wanted to spend together forever with was to be with a woman who could defend and shield off opportunists, I found that in her. She has always been conservative from the beginning. Whether I was rich or successful was never on the table from the beginning.
Although, I know she wasn’t ever going to settle for an NFA (No-future-ambition) but she also wasn’t blind as to the possibilities that come with hope and faith in the power of the future. She’s the kind of girl who can see ahead.
I definitely believe in her too and together we’ve decided to form a team, a team of achievers, a team of world changers.
Welcome to the story of FIRE&ICE.
Welcome to our wedding website.
See you soon on our big day.
